Refurbishment of an industrial building on the sea front of Barcelona.
The transformation of a former industrial space and openness to new seafront led to the emergence of dysfunctional new urban spaces. The intervention in these spaces must allow the arrival of new uses, the building update, and a new integration in the transformed urban space. With these premises, the project maintains the character of the spaces, restoring structures and materials, but incorporates urban leisure and commerce that have colonized the seafront.
