Die alte Scheune wird ersetzt und neu als Wohnraum und Atelier genutzt. Der bestehende Wohnhausteil wird neuunterkellert - die Nutzung bleibt dieselbe. Der seitliche einstöckige Anbau wird ebenfalls ersetzt und zukünftig als Waschküche genutzt. Die Südfassade des neuen Wohnhauses soll erhalten bleiben. Die restlichen Fassaden werden saniert und das Dach neu eingedeckt.
