REVIRONDA
Toulouse, France
Contest Finalist
In a logic of FRUGALITY AND RE-EMPLOYMENT, we envisaged the construction of 71 housing units on the basis of the revalorisation of maritime containers known as "last voyage", the rest of the operation being planned as a wooden framework and filling with MOB panels.
This upcycling approach, which is in line with the circular economy logic, allows for a considerable gain in the carbon footprint of the operation. Nothing is more low-carbon than a resource that already exists!
Evolving and reformatable housing with "relevant" m2 both inside the housing and in their external extensions.
