Preston

Five single-family residences are crafted from a small lot subdivision. The 7,500 square foot site is a severe hillside in Echo Park. The design of the homes is contextual and respects the scale and character of the neighborhood. The three-story townhomes have a pronounced entry at the street. Large windows maximize views out to the downtown Los Angeles skyline and the surrounding landscape. Sustainable features and environmentally friendly materials compliment the architecture.
