Translating the Owner’s idea of inclusive cousine into a tangible space that can reflect the values and flair of the chef was the starting point for the first 100% gluten free restaurant in Zurich. Intimacy and domestic warmth were interpreted through the use of materials borrowed from ancient Italian mansions. Copper, ceramics and textiles come together to accommodate conviviality, made possible by the huge custom-made central table.
