The River Torrens promenade adjacent to the Festival Theatre and Adelaide Convention Centre re-makes the interface between the City and the river, engaging the qualities of the landscape focused on the river and views to the Adelaide Oval. This place is the major venue for community events and festivals within the City – an egalitarian space for celebration and public expression.
