PROGRAM
This project involves the construction of a tall building in an "L" shape, whose volume is split to form two separate buildings, A and B. This opening provides access to the apartments and also serves as a gateway to the neighborhood from the eastern part of the city.

MAIN FEATURES
The project includes a total of:

193 apartments, distributed across 2 buildings of 8 floors above ground;

an underground parking spanning 2 basement levels of 1,600 m² each, with 132 parking spaces.

PRIOR DEMOLITION
The pre-existing structures—8 small family-type buildings, built in 1946–47 and comprising 48 apartments in total—were demolished to make way for the current project, which significantly increases the number of apartments on this plot.
