The project involves the construction of a multi-use complex designed for commercial, artisan, and technical purposes. The complex includes shops, showrooms, workshops, high-tech offices, meeting rooms, storage and archiving areas, and technical facilities.
The complex consists of 3 shared basement half-levels and 3 buildings:
Building A: Ground floor + upper ground + 5 floors
Building B: Ground floor + upper ground + 5 floors
Building C: Ground floor + upper ground + 6 floors
The underground parking accommodates 419 car spaces and 66 motorcycle spaces
