House in the village center
The extraordinary location of the residential building, slightly elevated on the mountain, in the middle of the historic village center was an important part of the design task.
In close cooperation with the authorities, a form could be found that does justice to the history of the place and still speaks a modern and timeless language. The monolithic body with its special volume is confident in its place. The building envelope in Einstein masonry also underlines the construction task in the construction. The generous room program is underlined in the high-quality interior design and the choice of materials of the entire project.
The classic room sequences are adapted to the needs of today's time and the client. The parking garage creates space for several vehicles and can also be used by the neighboring buildings due to the additional development.
