PAULY bar ristorante – a declaration of love to indulgance and Italy. The design concept was strongly guided by a gastronomic concept that is based on selected quality products and authentic Italian cuisine. The interior becomes the stage, ceramics, glasses and dishes the actors. Design therefore is simple and straightforward. PAULY stands in the very sophisitcated holiday region and Olympic resort Seefeld/Tyrol for a classic language of interior design, supposed to look even more modern 20 years later instead of claiming to be hip. LA VITA È BELLA at PAULY – let’s get together for a tasty dinner and end the evening with a decent drink at the bar.
