Complete energetic upgrade of a single-family house according to EnEV-standard. The insulation as well as the roofing was renewed during this renovation.
In the Process of reorganizing the inside floorplan and upgrading the top floor, a dormer was added on the side facing the street. To lower the energy consumption a ventilation system as well as a tube collector were installed. The windows are positioned in the in the facade, open to the outside are triple glazed and have an inside sun protection, this strengthens the cubature of the building. A newly planned wooden patio makes the redesigned garden behind the house accessible from the living/dining area.
