In Oberbruch, Heinsberg, we are planning the renovation of seven existing apartment buildings and the construction of nine new apartment buildings in accordance with KFW55 in the former factory settlement from the 1920s and 1930s. We are thus generating around 140 new apartments under the name "New Living in Oberbruch". The first of the nine new 3-storey residential buildings is in the final stages of completion. The strikingly minimalistic new building with its elegantly designed facades is a modern reinterpretation of the surrounding existing buildings. The apartment building comprises a total of 11 residential units of different sizes.
