A one-storey detached house with penthouse offers room and life for a family of three. The building integrates a double garage with utility room, thus achieving horizontal, elegant cubature. In doing so, it pleasantly sets itself apart from the ‘normal’ houses with penthouses in the area.

Inside, the ground floor is characterised by a single, open space and the roof by a classic bedroom and child’s room with en suite bathrooms in both.
