Single-Family House Hubbelrath

A detached house for a family of three with a dog was built on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. The building takes up the topography as a design feature, so that the house entrance with driveway is dug into the slope and the attached garage disappears into the ground. The residential floor is at the level of the higher garden and articulates an angle that spatially frames the surroundings. The bedrooms and bathrooms with outdoor terraces are located above and look out over the vastness of the Bergisches Land.
