Capital Bank VIP Branch

Situated in one of Amman’s more exclusive neighborhoods, the branch is designed for Capital Bank’s VIP clientele. The main design concept was to create a branch with a “Boutique” experience redesigning the traditional banking concept. The teller counters and waiting areas with the traditional queuing approach were replaced by individual office “boxes” catering to the private banking needs of the clients.
The bank’s VIP branch needed to create a bold yet graceful architectural statement in harmony with the surrounding residential neighborhood. This translated into a building with solid stone facades reflecting the massing of the interior offices as well as translucent concrete displaying a unique relationship of solid and void.
