The business incubator—comprising co-working spaces, meeting rooms, municipal economic-development services, and dedicated workshops—will accommodate around 40 entrepreneurs. Within the dynamic economic landscape of Dammam, a gateway city for innovation and industrial growth in the Eastern Province, the project aligns with regional priorities to foster entrepreneurship and support emerging sectors, particularly those related to sustainable technologies and energy transition.
In this context, the new incubator is designed to be a landmark facility, attractive to local and international entrepreneurs and reflective of Dammam’s forward-looking vision. The programme emphasizes generous shared spaces, and the architectural concept reinforces this openness: offices overlook a landscaped courtyard designed to mitigate heat and optimize natural light, while circulation routes open onto a full-height central atrium that encourages interaction, collaboration, and a vibrant entrepreneurial community.
