Ernest Lluch Hospital
N-150, Ripollet, Spain
This project seeks the dissolution of boundaries between interior-exterior space and the transition-overrun margin. It aims to break tension by establishing a continuity that delimits architecture without imposing limits. The proposal speaks to a hostile environment, generating a large green area to overcome the difficulties of a marginal setting and noise pollution. The equipment located in a strategic position, is regional, encompassing several municipalities, to become a landmark on the outskirts of Barcelona. It has 206 beds and specialized units to accommodate large numbers of people.
