This urban renewal project is located in Shanghai, Changning district. A shut down chemical factory has been converted into a lively urban neighbourhood. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars and local brand shops on the ground floor invite the surrounding communities. Upper floors offer all kinds of different office concepts for small and medium companies.
