The aim of the project, The Neighbourhood 7, is to establish a livable residential neighbourhood in a town in the Leningradskaya region. The neighbourhood is designed and built in compliance with new Integrated guidelines for Urban territories in order to assure high quality development of housing with a consideration of societal aspects, mixed-use and open public spaces.
Preliminary land use estimation was carried out according to the recommended parameters for the mid-rise model of the integrated guidelines of Urban territories.
